Will Hyland

Will has spent 30 years working at the frontier where humans and technology meet.

A Bradley University engineering graduate, he has founded three companies across a career spanning medical-device research and development to managing autonomous robotic installations on two continents, including a project that achieved fully autonomous robotic unloading of semi-trailer freight using vision and sensor technology.

That work taught him that technology transitions are won not by organizations with the best tools, but by people who build the skill to direct them. He founded UofAi to give working professionals a practical system for that transition: short deliberate practice, real work, honest feedback, and inspectable proof.
